Cancellation Policy – JR Transfer

Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used on the booking.

Force majeure coverage

JR Transfer may reschedule service or define a partial or full refund depending on the case.

1. Early cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer time will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. No-show

If the customer fails to show up at the time of the service without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund process

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, using the original payment method.

5. Force majeure cancellations

In the event of severe weather, medical emergencies or operational issues, JR Transfer may reschedule the service at no extra cost or offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
