Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer time will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.

Force majeure coverage
JR Global Transfer and Tours may reschedule service or define a partial or full refund depending on the case.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer time will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the customer fails to show up at the time of the service without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, using the original payment method.
In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather conditions, medical emergencies, or operational issues), JR Transfer reserves the right to: reschedule the service at no extra cost, or offer a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.
If you need to modify a reservation or request a cancellation, contact JR Global Transfer and Tours before the service time whenever possible.
