All our transfers are completely private. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and the passengers included in your booking. We never combine your group with unrelated travelers.

The best vehicle depends on the number of passengers and the amount and type of luggage. We offer transportation for groups of 1–6, 7–10, 11–15, 16–22, and larger groups of up to 45 passengers. Please include all suitcases, carry-on bags, strollers, golf clubs, and oversized luggage so our team can confirm the right vehicle.

We serve all major hotel and resort areas from Punta Cana International Airport, including Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Cabeza de Toro, Macao, and Uvero Alto. We also provide transportation to Bayahibe, La Romana, Santo Domingo, and other destinations across the Dominican Republic, subject to availability and route confirmation.

Before your pickup, we will send you detailed meeting instructions through WhatsApp, including information about the identification sign. Our representative will wait at the agreed meeting point after you exit baggage claim and customs, holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name. The representative will then escort you to your assigned driver and vehicle.

We have bilingual team members and drivers who speak English. English-speaking assistance is subject to availability, but our team can always provide direct support through WhatsApp before and during your transfer.

The best recommendation depends on your hotel location, preferred cuisine, budget, and the type of experience you want. Share those details with our team through WhatsApp, and we will suggest suitable current options. We can also coordinate private round-trip transportation to the restaurant.

We monitor your flight using the flight number provided in your reservation. If it is delayed, we update the expected arrival time and coordinate the pickup accordingly. Please contact us if your flight number, arrival airport, or travel plans change.
