JR Global Transfer and Tours provides a pre-booked private vehicle from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, with flight monitoring, clear meeting instructions and direct resort drop-off. On September 25, 2026, the live JR Route Planner showed a starting one-way total of US$30 with taxes included for one passenger on this selected route.
A quoted travel time is a planning reference, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, road works, terminal activity and access procedures can change the journey. Always review the current planner total and the benefits written in your hotel or vacation-package confirmation.

Does Your Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa Reservation Include Airport Transportation?
Official resort FAQs say guests are responsible for transportation costs and that the concierge can help arrange service. Check your exact package, but do not assume that the all-inclusive plan automatically covers PUJ transportation.
If you booked through an airline, travel agency, tour operator, membership program or wedding organizer, open the confirmation issued by that seller. Look for a transfer provider, voucher number, service type, arrival instructions and whether the benefit covers one way or round trip. A hotel being all-inclusive does not, by itself, answer the transportation question.
Private Transfer, Airport Taxi, Ride App or Shared Shuttle?
Pre-booked JR private transfer
The vehicle is reserved for the passengers on your confirmation and travels to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa without collecting guests for unrelated hotel stops. You can review the route, vehicle and total before landing. This is useful when arrival time, luggage space and a direct itinerary matter more than finding transport after a flight.
Authorized airport taxi
Authorized taxis operate at Punta Cana Airport and can be arranged after leaving the terminal. They are a valid option for travelers who prefer to decide on arrival. Before boarding, confirm the full fare, currency, payment method, vehicle capacity and exact resort name, especially when several travelers or oversized items are involved.
Uber or another ride app
Ride-app availability, dynamic pricing and pickup instructions can change with demand and airport operations. Check the current application after landing and follow its designated meeting instructions. Do not build the decision around claims that an app always can or never can enter a resort; live operating conditions and the assigned driver matter.
Shared shuttle or package coach
A shared service may reduce the cost per passenger, but it can involve waiting for other arrivals and stopping at several hotels. Ask for the expected departure process, luggage allowance and number of stops. A service described as a hotel transfer is not automatically private.
Cap Cana uses controlled entrances. Accurate hotel and lead-guest details help the arrival process, but do not describe the transfer as bypassing security. The driver follows the destination’s normal access and verification procedures.
Compare the complete journey, not only the advertised price.
What to Expect with JR Global Transfer and Tours
Accurate flight details and monitoring
Enter the correct airline and a verifiable flight number. JR uses them to monitor the arrival. A confirmed flight delay is not treated as a cancellation or no-show; pickup is adjusted to the actual landing without an additional delay fee. Notify support if the airline changes the flight number or airport.
Meeting at Punta Cana Airport
JR sends confirmed meeting instructions through WhatsApp before service. Collect every bag, clear customs and follow the directions to the designated area. If you cannot find the representative, contact JR before leaving the meeting point or accepting another ride so the operations team has an opportunity to locate you.
Private vehicle and direct resort drop-off
The confirmed vehicle carries only your party. The driver uses the normal road route and delivers passengers to the arrival area designated by Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa. The hotel—not the transportation provider—assigns rooms, buildings and check-in benefits. Traffic and access activity prevent a responsible operator from guaranteeing an exact minute of arrival.
Waiting time and direct assistance
Airport pickup includes up to 90 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time. Hotel and other non-airport pickups include 15 minutes after the confirmed time. Additional waiting is charged only when disclosed and accepted. Keep the booking phone connected to WhatsApp on the service day.
How Much Is the Private Transfer to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa?
On September 25, 2026, the JR planner displayed a starting one-way total of US$30 with taxes included from PUJ to Secrets Cap cana for one passenger. This is a dated, verified snapshot—not a permanent universal quote. The live amount shown before checkout is the price to use for the selected date and service.
The applicable total and available vehicle can change according to:
One-way or round-trip service
Passenger count and vehicle selected
Checked luggage, carry-ons and oversized equipment
Child seats, currently US$10 each by advance request
Extra stops or additional waiting accepted by the customer
Declare every traveler and bag before selecting the vehicle. Seats and cargo space are not equivalent: a unit can have enough passenger seats but insufficient room for large suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags or event equipment. The planner displays available options and the total before checkout.

Arrival Planning Specific to Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa
Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa is an adults-only, all-inclusive AAA Five Diamond resort on Juanillo Beach inside Cap Cana. Its official pages feature ten gourmet dining options, Preferred Club categories, swim-out suites and bungalow-style accommodation in a quieter romantic setting.
Cap Cana is a controlled-access destination, but this does not justify claims that taxis or ride apps can never enter. A pre-booked transfer is useful because the destination, passenger list and arrival instructions are confirmed in advance. Select Secrets Cap cana in JR exactly as written, not another Secrets property.
Because this is an adults-only property, confirm the minimum guest age directly with the hotel for every traveler. For honeymoons, weddings or groups arriving on different flights, make separate pickup details clear instead of placing everyone under one flight number.
Before travel, verify these practical details:
The resort name on the transfer matches the accommodation confirmation
The lead guest and WhatsApp number are correct
Every passenger, checked bag and carry-on is counted
Child seats and mobility equipment are requested in advance
Travelers arriving on different flights have suitable pickup arrangements
The return pickup is based on the departing flight, not the hotel check-out time
Return Transfer and Step-by-Step Booking
You can reserve only the arrival or choose a round trip in the same planner. For the return to PUJ, provide the departing airline and flight number. JR confirms the pickup details before service; be at the agreed resort area with all passengers and luggage ready. Allow for airline check-in guidance and possible road traffic rather than planning around the shortest recorded drive.
